In addition to the 428 housing units which comprise the Almaden Park (a.k.a. ShadowBrook II) development, there are 85 non-resident memberships.

These memberships are available on a first-come, first-served basis with the recent waiting list period exceeding three years.

There is a non-refundable $25 processing fee associated with your being placed on the waiting list. The check for the processing fee should be made out to Almaden Cabana Club and sent to P.O. Box 20313; San Jose; 95160.
