A motion was passed for Julie to give raises based on
performance. Presently, Cabana guards earn $7.50 - $10.00 per
hour. This will be raised to $8.00 - $11.00 per hour. Julie can
perform job reviews after 30 days. She will write job description
and the criteria for raises. The Guards must wear red and white .
no other colors. The Board already purchased guard suits for the
season. If guards want additional official shorts or tops, they
can purchase them. Only uniformed guards on duty can be
requested to perform duties, not guards off duty. If pool members
have a request for a guard, they must ask the manager (Julie)
first.
- Personnel:
Chris asked about keys. All of the head
Guards have keys, and there are keys in the office. A head guard
will be on duty at all times.
